Physical-product checkout requires a valid international phone number. A buyer chooses delivery or shop pickup when the seller has enabled those options. Delivery requires the recipient name, street address, city or town, region and country; GhanaPost GPS or a postcode is optional. Pickup does not require the buyer's delivery address, and the collection address and instructions become visible after successful payment. Supplier-fulfilled products remain delivery-only.
Open Seller tools > Store settings to enable delivery or pickup. Pickup needs a complete collection address, contact number and collection instructions before it can be offered.
Open Seller tools > Orders to fulfil a paid order. The order shows the buyer phone and delivery or pickup location. Add courier, tracking reference, estimated date and a buyer-facing note where relevant. Delivery statuses are preparing, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered and cancelled. Pickup statuses are preparing, ready for pickup, collected and cancelled.
Choose Save without notifying for an internal correction. Choose Update & notify buyer to queue a branded status email. Re-saving the same status and details does not send another email. Notify on WhatsApp opens a prepared message to the buyer's normalized phone number for the seller to send. Buyers receive a secure order link; guest addresses are not exposed through predictable public URLs.
